Shipping

STANDARD: $7.00 flat fee per package; add $2.00 for each item*

Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 8 business days**

We ship to contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and PO Boxes. (International orders are not accepted at this time.)

*All shipping charges include handling, order processing, packaging and transportation of items.

**Total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Security

For your own security, you won't be able to submit an order if the billing address, credit card expiration date and/or security code doesn't match your credit card statement. Correct security code must be included with every purchase.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be applied in accordance with state and local laws.

Returns

Return for Refund: Please ship your item back to us with a copy of the packing slip. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund for the retail cost of the product. Shipping will not be refunded. Returns must take place within 2 weeks of your order. Funds may take up to 5 days to appear on your financial records.

To exchange an item, please proceed with ordering the product you wish to exchange for through the website. Follow the steps above for returns and refunds for the product you are replacing.

Refunds are only issued to product returned in excellent condition or for product that is damaged in transit.

Damaged Product: Please email photos of your product and box, along with the order number. Pitchforks must be notified within 7 days of receiving the product.

Lost or Stolen: If your tracking number shows product has been delivered, and you suspect the product has been stolen, please email our customer support team with your order number at info@thepitchforkranch.com
